Our 3rd Annual Garrison Color Run is coming up on Friday, April 25th! We are excited to offer this event during the school day so all staff and students can join in. The Color Run will be part of our activity day, along with other fun activities for students to enjoy.

Garrison and Pioneer Middle Schools' 7th and 8th Grade Advanced Writing classes are excited to invite the community to their Film Festival on Saturday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Performing Arts Center at Walla Walla Community College and is free and open to the public.

On Saturday, more than 40 WWPS students participated in the Cavalcade of Authors at WSU Tri-Cities—a one-day writing conference that connects students with middle grade and young adult authors to inspire a love of reading and writing.

April is National Volunteer Appreciation Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the incredible contributions of our Volunteer in Person (VIP) volunteers. The VIP Volunteer System plays a vital role in connecting dedicated individuals with schools and programs that benefit from their time and talents.

Mrs. Clearman's 7th and 8th grade Advanced Writing classes recently completed PSA's (Public Service Announcements) as part of their filmmaking unit and in preparation for their upcoming film festival, which is on April 26.
